Policies and Procedures

Students of Australian Early Childhood College (Recognition First) have certain rights and responsibilities when studying with our organisation, and as a Registered Training Organisation we too have responsibilities regarding our provision of services to clients.

Clients and students are strongly encouraged to make themselves aware of these key policies and procedures before and during your training:

Access and Equity Policy - this policy describes how Australian Early Childhood College guarantees that all eligible students are able to access our services regardless of their background.

Appeals Policy - this policy relates to the appeal of any assessment decisions.

Code of Conduct - Students - this policy relates to the responsibilities expected of students enrolled with the Australian Early Chilldhood College. It outlines the behaviours that are not tolerated by the Australian Early Childhood College that may commence disciplinary action.

Client Appeals Form - this form can be used by learners to lodge an appeal against an assessment decision. 

Complaints Policy - this policy relates to how we manage and resolve any complaints.

Client Complaints Form - this form can be used to lodge a complaint.

Client Services Policy - this policy outlines our commitment to providing quality training and assessment services to our clients.

Fees and Refunds Policy - this policy applies to fees, charges and refunds applicable to our provision of training. Australian Early Childhood College ensures that fees, charges and refunds are collected and administered in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislative and contractual requirements.

Plagiarism - this policy outlines what plagiarism is, how to prevent it from happening and what happens if you are found to have copied someone else's work.

Privacy Policy - this policy relates to how Australian Early Childhood College protects and maintains the privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and security of our clients' personal information.

NCVER Privacy Policy - this policy relates to how Australian Early Childhood College, the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) and other bodies collects, maintains and uses your personal information.

Third Party Information Request Form - this form is used if a student wishes to give permission for Australian Early Childhood College to disclose information to a third party.

Student Handbook (Children's Services Version) - this document is a Children's Services learner's introduction to our organisation and sets out important information all students need to be aware of when training with Australian Early Childhood College.

Requirements for Written Assessments - this document sets out the requirements students must follow when submitting written assessments to Australian Early Childhood College.

Cover Sheet - this document must be attached to any written assessments or documentation submitted to Australian Early Childhood College.
